UK
Delivery within mainline UK is just £3.50 and will be sent 1st class Signed For Royal Mail. Orders will be dispatched by first class post within 48 hours of cleared payment. If you need something in a hurry, please call us about our express delivery options.
For Next Day delivery add £5.00 per order (Monday-Friday), please order by 12PM to receive your order next day
Europe
Clothing - Postage for Europe is by Royal Mail International and is £7.50 per order (3-7 days delivery) and we will dispatch your order within 2 days of cleared payment

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, returns couldn’t be simpler!
Full priced items purchased on our website can be returned to us for a refund. Whilst we can not offer a refund on sale items, we will try and exchange if possible. Please contact us within 7 days of making your purchase, either by e-mail at customerservices@pebbleonline.co.uk or telephone us on 01706 222287. You will be given a returns number that should be written on the outside of your parcel and we will provide you with the return address to send the goods to.
All we ask is that all goods are returned in a re-sellable condition i.e. unworn and with any swing tickets still attached.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the post office, as we will not be able to give refunds on any items that do not reach us.
